Transition Schedule definition

Transition Schedule means the schedule for Transition activities as agreed between the Parties pursuant to paragraph 3.1.1 of Schedule 8 (Transition and Transformation) as more further described in Part A of Appendix 8-A (Transition and Transformation).

Transition Schedule means the time line for the transition of all Processes for a Country to Exult Supplier (in-situ and/or Leveraged Operations) as defined in Section 9 of Schedule G (Transition Plan).

More Definitions of Transition Schedule

Transition Schedule means the schedule for the transition of services and functions to Supplier from Chordiant, as set forth in the Transition Plan.
