Transition Schedule definition

Transition Schedule means the time line for the transition of all Processes for a Country to Exult Supplier (in-situ and/or Leveraged Operations) as defined in Section 9 of Schedule G (Transition Plan).

Transition Schedule means the schedule for Transition activities as agreed between the Parties pursuant to paragraph 3.1.1 of Schedule 8 (Transition and Transformation) as more further described in Part A of Appendix 8-A (Transition and Transformation).

Transition Schedule shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(a).

• Each Transition Manager will: (a) have recent experience in leading end-of-contract system transitions of the type contemplated in this Section; (b) act as the single points of contact for their respective teams; (c) oversee and coordinate the transition activities of their respective teams; and, (d) work together to develop a comprehensive, detailed and written Transition Plan, including an applicable Transition Schedule.
