Translated Works definition

Translated Works means the documents, files, materials and works translated and produced from the Original Works in accordance with your instructions and provided to you by us.
Translated Works means the result of all translations of Original Works and Services required to be undertaken by Word360 on behalf of the Client under this Agreement; In submitting a text for translation, requesting an interpreter or submitting any other Work to be carried out by the Company, the Client enters into a binding agreement with this Company covered by the following terms and conditions:
Translated Works means the documents files, materials and works translated and produced from the Original Works in accordance with the Client’s instructions and provided by WT to the Client;

Examples of Translated Works in a sentence

  • No terms, conditions or warranties, whether express or implied, about the quality or fitness for purpose of the Services or the Translated Works shall be incorporated unless expressly set out in this Contract.

  • We shall use all reasonable skill and care in selecting translators, interpreters and other personnel used to produce the Translated Works and perform the Services.

  • We do not warrant that the Translated Works or the Services will meet your specific requirements and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not warrant that the operation of any Translated Works sent to you or Services performed by us will be uninterrupted or error free.

  • The dates for delivery of the Translated Works or the dates for carrying out the Services are approximate only and, unless otherwise expressly agreed by us, time is not of the essence for delivery or performance and no delay shall entitle you to reject any delivery or performance or to repudiate the Contract.

  • All Intellectual Property Rights (including but not limited to copyright) in the Original Works and the Translated Works shall vest in you (or your licensors) but, for the avoidance of doubt, you hereby grant to us (and our sub-contractors) a licence to store and use the Original Works and the Translated Works for the duration of the Contract and for the purposes of providing the Services to you.

  • Any Original Works provided to us and Translated Works completed by us under the Contract shall be made available to you on termination of the Contract.

  • Furthermore, we do not warrant or make any representation regarding the use of the Translated Works or the Services provided in terms of their accuracy, correctness, and reliability or otherwise.

  • In any event, we shall not be liable to you if you fail to notify us of any Claim within a reasonable time of delivery of the Translated Works.

  • In any event WT shall not be liable to the Client if the Client fails to notify WT of any complaint within a reasonable time following the delivery of the Translated Works.

  • Any Original Works provided to us, and Translated Works completed by us, under the Contract shall be made available to you on termination of the Contract.


More Definitions of Translated Works

Translated Works means any works produced by Party A or its Affiliates pursuant to Party A's exercise of the Translation Rights.
Translated Works means the documents, files, materials and works translated and produced by All Languages from the Original Works, which are delivered to the Client.
Translated Works means the documents, files, materials and works provided by you for the purposes of carrying out the Services.
Translated Works means the content translated from the Client Materials.

Related to Translated Works

  • Source Code means the human readable source code of the Software to which it relates, in the programming language in which the Software was written, together with all related flow charts and technical documentation, including a description of the procedure for generating object code, all of a level sufficient to enable a programmer reasonably fluent in such programming language to understand, build, operate, support, maintain and develop modifications, upgrades, updates, adaptations, enhancements, new versions and other derivative works and improvements of, and to develop computer programs compatible with, the Software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Works means work to be done by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
