Travelers Documents means the Travelers Primary Agreements and all agreements, certificates and instruments executed and/or delivered in connection therewith.

Travelers Documents means (i) the Second Amended and Restated Bonding Agreement, dated May 28, 2004, between Travelers and the Loan Parties and (ii) the General Contract of Indemnity dated May 28, 2004, as amended to the Closing Date, between Travelers and the Loan Parties, in the case of each of clause (i) and (ii) as thereafter may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time (subject to any restrictions on such amendments, restatements, supplements or modifications set forth herein).

Examples of Travelers Documents in a sentence

  • Company will not agree or consent, without first obtaining the prior written consent of the Purchasers, to any modification or amendment of any of the terms or provisions of (i) the Goleta Agreement or (ii) to the extent such modification or amendment would have a Material Adverse Effect, the Travelers Documents.
