Triad Party definition

Triad Party means any of the Issuer, Triad, the Servicer, the Depositor and the Holder of the Residual Certificate (collectively, the "Triad Parties").
Triad Party means any of the Issuer, the Depositor, Triad, the Servicer, the originator, the Holder of the Residual Certificate and any of their respective Affiliates.

  • BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.

  • Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;

  • Lender Recipient Party means collectively, the Lenders, the Swing Line Lender and the L/C Issuer.
