Tribal Agreement definition

Tribal Agreement means a formal written agreement between the Department and a federally recognized American Indian tribe that guides interaction between the Department and the tribe in matters pertaining to child welfare, including child protective investigations and proceedings involving American Indian and Alaskan Native children in state courts.
Tribal Agreement means the agreement between the Pawnee Nation and Pawnee TDC and Lakes or its affiliates described in Section 8.2(n).
