Trust Fund The trust fund established by the Trust Agreement, the assets of which consist of the Mortgage Loans and any other assets as set forth therein. Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, or any successor in interest, or if any successor trustee or co-trustee shall be appointed as provided in the Trust Agreement, then such successor trustee or such co-trustee, as the case may be.
Sinking Fund Payment means, with respect to a particular Group of 2021 Series J Bonds, as of any particular date of calculation, the amount required to be paid at all events by the Corporation on a single future date for the retirement of Outstanding 2021 Series J Bonds of such Group which mature after said future date, but does not include any amount payable by the Corporation by reason of the maturity of a 2021 Series J Bond of such Group or by call for redemption at the election of the Corporation.
pension fund holder means with respect to a personal pension scheme or an occupational pension scheme, the trustees, managers or scheme administrators, as the case may be, of the scheme concerned;
Sinking Fund Installment means, as of any particular date of calculation, the amount required, as of such date of calculation, to be paid by the Authority on a future date for the retirement of Outstanding Bonds which are stated to mature subsequent to such future date, but does not include any amount payable by the Authority by reason only of the maturity of a Bond.
Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
