Trust Indentures definition

Trust Indentures means, collectively, the Series A Trust Indenture, the Series B Trust Indenture and the Series C Trust Indenture;
Trust Indentures means the trust indentures establishing each of the Funds, in each case as amended from time to time;
Trust Indentures means the Jamaica Trust Deed and the US$ Trust Indenture and each Additional Senior Secured Financing Document constituting a trust deed or trust indenture of similar instrument providing for the issuance of notes or bonds thereunder.

Trust Indentures or “Trust Indenture” shall mean the documents listed on Schedule 7 hereto, or either of them, as indicated by the context.

Trust Indentures means, collectively, the Series A Trust Indenture, the Series F Trust Indenture and the Series G Trust Indenture; “Trust Unitholders” means holders of Trust Units;
