Trusted Contact definition

Trusted Contact means someone you trust who is at least 18 years of age who acts as a resource if we lose contact with you or believe you and/or your assets are at risk. See “Part 3 – Opening and Maintaining an Account.” Trustee means the Nebraska State Treasurer. See “Part 1 – Overview.” UGMA means Uniform Gifts to Minors Act.

  • The Customer understands that, pursuant to FINRA regulations, the Broker is authorized to contact the Trusted Contact Person (as defined by FINRA Rule 4512) designated for the Customer Account and to disclose information about the Customer Account to address possible financial exploitation, to confirm the specifics of the Customer’s current contact information, health status, or the identity of any legal guardian, executor, trustee or holder of a power of attorney, or as otherwise permitted by Rule 2165.

Related to Trusted Contact

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);
