Trusted Contact definition

Trusted Contact means someone you trust who is at least 18 years of age who acts as a resource if we lose contact with you or believe you and/or your assets are at risk. See “Part 3Opening and Maintaining an Account.” Trustee means the Nebraska State Treasurer. See “Part 1 – Overview.” UGMA means Uniform Gifts to Minors Act.
Trusted Contact means a natural person 18 years of age or older who the account owner has expressly identified and who is recorded in the books and records of a dealer or an investment adviser as the person who may be contacted about the account.

  • Following a Significant Life Event, Management may continue to manage the Account in accordance with the then current Strategy or liquidate the Account at Management’s sole discretion until Management receives contrary instruction from a Trusted Contact or other person with authority to act for Client.

  • I understand and acknowledge that I have the right to designate a Trusted Contact Person for my Account.
