Trusted Contact definition

Trusted Contact means someone you trust who is at least 18 years of age who acts as a resource if we lose contact with you or believe you and/or your assets are at risk. See “Part 3Opening and Maintaining an Account.” Trustee means the Nebraska State Treasurer. See “Part 1 – Overview.” UGMA means Uniform Gifts to Minors Act.
Trusted Contact means a natural person 18 years of age or older who the account owner has expressly identified and who is recorded in the books and records of a dealer or an investment adviser as the person who may be contacted about the account.
