Tyco Employee definition

Tyco Employee means an active employee or an employee on vacation or on approved leave of absence (including maternity, paternity, parental, family, short-term or long-term sick leave, qualified military service and other approved leaves) who, immediately following the ADT NA Distribution Date is employed by Tyco or any member of the Tyco Group. Tyco Employee shall also include any employee of an entity in the Tyco Group who, as of the ADT NA Distribution Date, is receiving short-term or long-term disability benefits or workers’ compensation benefits.
Tyco Employee means an active employee or an employee on vacation or on approved leave of absence (including qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves) who, (i) immediately following the Final Separation Date is employed by Tyco or any member of the Tyco Group, or (ii) any Delayed Transfer Employee identified on Schedule 1.1(34) who will be employed by Tyco or any member of the Tyco Group. Tyco Employee shall also include any employee of an entity in the Tyco Group who, as of the Final Separation Date, is receiving short-term or long-term disability benefits or workers’ compensation benefits.

  • New employee means a Full-Time Employee first employed by the Company in the Project and who is hired on or after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Other employee means an individual employed by a primary owner who is not authorized to provide proposition player services. “Other employee” does not include any owner, any supervisor, or any officer or director of a primary owner that is a corporation. An individual registered or licensed as an “other employee” may not function as a player unless and until that individual applies for and obtains registration or licensure as a player.

  • Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.
