Uncorrected unsatisfactory performance definition

Uncorrected unsatisfactory performance means failure to correct unsatisfactory performance for which a state charter school has been given notice and opportunity to correct as reflected in two or more consecutive final annual reports accepted during the charter contract term.
Uncorrected unsatisfactory performance means failure to correct unsatisfactory performance for which a state charter school has been given notice and opportunity to correct as reflected in more than one final annual report accepted during the charter contract term.
Uncorrected unsatisfactory performance means failure to correct unsatisfactory performance initially identified by the division and for which a state charter school has been given notice and opportunity to resolve before issuance of the division’s next final annual report.

  • Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:

  • Unsatisfactory and “Needs Improvement” ratings require written substantiation. If the evaluee receives a “Needs Improvement” or an “Unsatisfactory” evaluation, the evaluee may have a LBCCFA representative present at any Evaluation Team meetings concerning their current evaluation or re-evaluation if the evaluee chooses. The role of the LBCCFA representative shall be limited to ensuring that the procedures regarding the evaluation process outlined in this Agreement be followed, and that due process be awarded the evaluee.

  • Sexually explicit performance means a live or public act or show intended to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires or appeal to the prurient interest of patrons.

  • Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula: Index Performance =Final Index Level × 100% Initial Index Level

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;

  • Underlying Performance means in relation to the Valuation Date a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula: UP =Underlying FINAL Underlying INITIAL where: UP = Underlying Performance with respect to the Valuation Date UnderlyingFINAL UnderlyingINITIAL= Reference Price of the Underlying with respect to the Valuation Date = Initial Price of the Underlying

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
