Reasonable person means a reasonable person under similar circumstances and with similar identities to the victim.
undesirable practice means (i) establishing contact with any person connected with or employed or engaged by the Authority with the objective of canvassing, lobbying or in any manner influencing or attempting to influence the Bidding Process; or (ii) having a Conflict of Interest; and
Elderly person means a person 60 years of age or
taxable person means any person who, independently, carries out in any place any economic activity, whatever the purpose or results of that activity.
Acquiring Person shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.5.
Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
