Union Contract definition

Union Contract means that certain 2014 Apartment Building Agreement between Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations Incorporated and Service Employees International Union, Local 32BJ (“Local 32BJ”), effective April 21, 2014 to April 20, 2018.
