Unit Percentage definition

Unit Percentage means, with respect to each class of Members, a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Units of such class held by a Member, and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of all Units of such class of Units then issued and outstanding.
Unit Percentage means, with respect to any Unit, the undivided interest in such Unit conveyed to the Owner Lessor pursuant to the Bill xx Sale.
Unit Percentage means (i) with respect to Xxxx 0, 50%, and (ii) with respect to Xxxx 0, 50%, as adjusted pursuant to Section 11.1 of the Participation Agreement.

Unit Percentage means the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to the balance in a Member's Capital Account divided by the aggregate balances of all Members' Capital Accounts.
