Unit Percentage definition

Unit Percentage means, with respect to each class of Members, a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Units of such class held by a Member, and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of all Units of such class of Units then issued and outstanding.

Unit Percentage means, with respect to any Unit, the undivided interest in such Unit conveyed to the Owner Lessor pursuant to the Bill xx Sale.

Unit Percentage means the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to the balance in a Member's Capital Account divided by the aggregate balances of all Members' Capital Accounts.

Unit Percentage means, as to any Member (or Unadmitted Assignee), the percentage obtained by dividing the number of Units owned by such Member (or Unadmitted Assignee) by the total number of Units owned by all Members and Unadmitted Assignees.

Unit Percentage with respect to a Member shall mean the percentage obtained by multiplying (i) a fraction where the numerator is the number of Units held by such Member and the denominator is the total number of Units held by all Members by (ii) 100%.

Unit Percentage has the meaning set forth in the OpCo Agreement.

Unit Percentage means, as to any Member, the percentage obtained by dividing the number of Units owned by such Member by the total number of Units owned by all Members.
