Unlicensed Product definition

Unlicensed Product means, with respect to any given country or jurisdiction within the Territory, any pharmaceutical or biological composition containing an HBV Antibody (except for HBIg), for sale or use for the treatment or prevention of Hepatitis B infection or re-infection in such country within the Territory, other than as a result of any license, sublicense, distribution or other arrangement with respect to a Product or the rights or licensees granted by XTL to CUBIST hereunder granted or entered into by CUBIST or any of its Affiliates or distributors.
Unlicensed Product means a product that contains a bioactive molecule that is not a Nicotine Molecule (an “Other Active”), wherein the Other Active is processed or enhanced with the Technology.
Unlicensed Product means, with respect to any given Licensed Product in any given country within the Territory, any pharmaceutical composition containing Daptomycin that (A) is commercially available in such country other than [*] and other than [*] (B) has the same [*], such Licensed Product, and (C) [*] as such Licensed Product. If Chiron’s rights under this Agreement are expanded to include rights in Additional Daptomycin Products, then the foregoing definition of “Unlicensed Product” shall be deemed to be expanded to include those formulations of pharmaceutical compositions containing Daptomycin which have been so added to the scope of Licensed Products and the marketing and other rights of Chiron under this Agreement.

  • Clinical development of the Unlicensed Product will continue through to licensure by the National Regulatory Authority (NRA) in the country of manufacture and prequalification by WHO.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed producer means an agent, broker, or reinsurance intermediary licensed pursuant to the applicable provision of the insurance law of any jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Compound means a TAK-385 Licensed Compound or a TAK-448 Licensed Compound.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.
