Unsold Units definition

Unsold Units means Unsold Homes Under Construction and Completed Unsold Homes.

Unsold Units means the Units which have not been conveyed to third parties by Borrower with corresponding release from the Lien of the Mortgage.

Unsold Units means the remaining units within the Project, which exclude the Sold Units and Retail Units.

• If any Unsold Units are not sold within such sixty (60) day period, then the Selling Member will not be permitted to sell such Unsold Units without again complying with the terms of this Article VI.

More Definitions of Unsold Units

Unsold Units means any Unit which is not a Presold Unit or a Model Unit.

Unsold Units means Unsold Homes Under Construction, Completed Unsold Homes Less Than 180 Days Since Completion, and Completed Unsold Homes Over 180 Days Since Completion.
