Upgrade Customer definition

Upgrade Customer means a customer that submits an Upgrade Request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.8.

Examples of Upgrade Customer in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days of receiving a BWC or Dock Upgrade, Customer must return the original Axon Devices to Axon or destroy the Axon Devices and provide a certificate of destruction to Axon including serial numbers for the destroyed Axon Devices.

  • Within 30 days of the shipment of an Upgrade, Customer agrees to install the Upgrade or, if IBM is responsible for the installation, to allow IBM to install the Upgrade.

  • If Customer would like to change models for the Axon Fleet Upgrade, Customer must pay the difference between the MSRP for the offered Axon Fleet Upgrade and the MSRP for the model desired.
