Upper Collar definition

Upper Collar. With respect to each Distribution Date on which amounts are received on the Cap Contracts, a rate equal to the lesser of One-Month LIBOR and 10.000% per annum.
Upper Collar. With respect to each Distribution Date with respect to which payments are received on the Corridor Contract, a rate equal to the lesser of One-Month LIBOR and 10.261% per annum.

Upper Collar has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1(a).
