Upset Date definition

Upset Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(e).

  • Nothing in this Section 8.1(c) shall be interpreted to extend the Upset Date.

More Definitions of Upset Date

Upset Date means the one year anniversary date of this Agreement, subject to extension as provided in Section 8.1(a)(3) and 8.1(a)(4).
