Uptime Service Levels definition

Uptime Service Levels means the percentage of time in any given month during which the QUMU Cloud Platform was available to CUSTOMER less any Downtime.
Uptime Service Levels means the percentage of time in any given month during which the Display5 Cloud Platform was available to the Client less any Downtime.
