Usage Parameters definition

Usage Parameters means the standards of measurement for determining the permitted use, volume, numbers of users, quantities, calls, and other applicable usage parameters, and for calculating the applicable Fees due with respect to Client’s use of a Licensed Product as set forth in an Order.
Usage Parameters means the maximum number of permitted web application scans using the Netsparker Service specified on the Order Form, and any other parameters specified in the Documentation, Order Form, or in writing by Netsparker regarding the scope of use of the Netsparker Service by Customer or its Authorized Users.
Usage Parameters means the quantity and types of machines, devices, applications, users, licenses, and/or seats for the Software ordered by Customer as specified in the applicable Order Form.

More Definitions of Usage Parameters

Usage Parameters means the feature and functionality limitations on Customer’s use of the XtendLive Platform specified for the subscription level selected by Customer on the applicable Subscription Order with respect to an Event (for example, the maximum permitted number of Events, registrations per Event, concurrent Event Pages, venue templates, and Authorized Users, as well as access to communication features), and any other parameters specified in the applicable Documentation, Subscription Order, or in writing by XtendLive regarding the scope of use of the XtendLive Service by Customer and/or its Authorized Users.
Usage Parameters means the maximum number of permitted web application scan targets using the Acunetix Solution as specified on an Order Form and any other parameters specified in the Documentation, Order Form, or other writing by Acunetix regarding the scope of use of the Acunetix Solution by Customer or its Users.
Usage Parameters means the maximum number of permitted web application scan targets using the Invicti Solution as specified on an Order Form and any other parameters specified in the Documentation, Order Form, or other writing by Invicti regarding the scope of use of the Invicti Solution by Customer or its Users.
Usage Parameters means the maximum number of Authorized Users specified above and any other parameters specified in the applicable documentation, or in writing by Neo4j regarding the scope of use of the Bloom Software by Licensee, and any and all technical limitations implemented by Neo4j in the Bloom Software.
Usage Parameters has the meaning specified in Section 4.4.

Related to Usage Parameters

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).
