Nothing herein shall obligate Transporter to provide service at less than the Maximum Recourse Rates, but Transporter may agree to provide service to Shipper at a specified discount, in which case such discount shall not be provided at a rate lower than the variable costs included in Transporter's currently applicable Usage Rate.
If applicable, the discounted Usage Rate for the specified quantities and time periods set forth in the Schedule for Service stated above shall be as set forth below: Begin Date End Date Usage Rate (per Dth) If quantities exceed the maximum daily quantities or do not meet the minimum daily quantities agreed to on the above Schedule for Service for any day, the maximum Usage Rate set forth in the tariff from time to time shall apply to the account balance on that day.

The rate to be paid by Shipper to Transporter for the Wheeling Service provided hereunder shall consist of the $0.005/Dth Usage Rate assessed to Shippers moving gas between Transporter and interconnecting pipelines and a Fuel and Gas Lost and Unaccounted For component as posted on Transporter’s EBB.
