Primary Delivery Point. 56698 PG&E Topock The negotiated rate applies to alternate delivery points in the East of Thoreau area, San Xxxx Xxxxxx area, San Xxxx North of Xxxxxx area, Thoreau area and West of Thoreau (including the Phoenix Lateral) area existing at the date of execution of this Service Agreement.
Primary Delivery Point. If any such examination reveals any inaccuracy in any statement, the necessary adjustments in such statement and the payments thereof will be promptly made and shall bear interest calculated at the Late Payment Interest Rate from the date the overpayment or underpayment was made until paid; provided, however, that no adjustment for any statement or payment will be made unless objection to the accuracy thereof was made prior to the lapse of two years from the rendition thereof; and provided further that this Section 10.2(c) will survive any termination of the Agreement for a period of two (2) years from the date of such termination for the purpose of such statement and payment objections.
Primary Delivery Point. The primary delivery point for the capacity to be released is Nicor Gas’ interconnect with Northern at East Dubuque. The primary delivery point cannot be changed by Rentech or by any third party to which Rentech may re-release capacity pursuant to Paragraph 10.
