Use of Lender’s Name. Borrower will not use Lender's name (or the name of any of Lender's affiliates) in connection with any of its business operations. Borrower may disclose to third parties that Borrower has a borrowing relationship with Lender. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to permit or authorize Borrower to make any contract on behalf of Lender.

Use of Lender’s Name. Use any Lender’s name (or the name of any of any Lender’s Affiliates) in connection with any of their business operations except to identify the existence of the Revolving Facility and the names of the Lenders in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business or to comply with Borrower’s obligations under Law. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to permit or authorize Borrower to make any commitment or contract on behalf of any Lender or the Administrative Agent.
Use of Lender’s Name. Borrower shall not, without the prior written consent of Lender, use the name of Lender or the name of any affiliates of Lender in connection with any of Borrower's business or activities, except in connection with internal business matters, as required in making required securities law disclosure, in dealings with governmental agencies and financial institutions and to trade creditors of Borrower solely for credit reference purposes.
Use of Lender’s Name. No Borrower shall use any Lender's name (or the name of any of any Lender's Affiliates) or Agent's name in connection with any of its business operations except to identify the existence of the Credit Facility and the names of the Lenders and Agent in the ordinary course of Borrowers' business. Nothing herein contained is intended to permit or authorize any Borrower to make any contract on behalf of any Lender or Agent.
Use of Lender’s Name. Except as may be required by applicable law or the rules or regulations of a Governmental Authority, including but not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any Subsidiary Guarantor to, use Lender’s name in connection with any of its business operations. Nothing herein contained is intended to permit or authorize Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor to make any contract on behalf of Lender.
Use of Lender’s Name. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any Subsidiary to, use the name of any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender in connection with any of their respective businesses or activities, except in connection with internal business matters, administration of any of the Advances and as required in dealings with any Tribunal.
Use of Lender’s Name. No Loan Party shall use Lender’s name in connection with any of its business operations. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to permit or authorize any Loan Party to make any contract on behalf of Lender.
Use of Lender’s Name. Borrower shall not use the names of Lender or any of Lender’s Subsidiaries or Affiliates in connection with the development, marketing, leasing, use and operation of the Mortgaged Property. Borrower shall not disclose or permit any Subsidiary of Guarantor or Borrower, or any officer, director, partner, manager, member or employee of Borrower to disclose any of the terms and conditions of the Loan to any Person except (a) to the extent disclosed in the Mortgage and the Financing Statements, (b) to the extent such disclosure is required pursuant to the Loan Documents or applicable legal process, (c) to the extent, and only to the extent, such disclosure is required pursuant to Guarantor’s reporting requirements under the Exchange Act, (d) to the extent the content of such disclosure is already generally available to the public, or (e) to the extent Lender consents to such disclosure.
Use of Lender’s Name. The Borrower hereby agrees that neither the Borrower nor the Servicer shall refer to or use the name "CFSC Capital Corp. XXXIV," "Xxxxxxx Financial Services Corporation," "CFSC", "Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx" or "Xxxxxxx", or any such name in any manner in any collection or enforcement activities with respect to any Asset or in any advertising, printed material, electronic medium or other medium, without first obtaining the Lender's prior written consent. The Lender shall have no obligation to give any such written consent and may withhold the same in its sole and absolute discretion.
