USF Requirements definition

USF Requirements means the Universal Service Fund contribution and reporting requirements imposed by the FCC on providers of interstate telecommunications under the U.S. Communications Act or imposed by any state Governmental Authority.

USF Requirements means the Universal Service Fund contribution and reporting requirements imposed by the FCC on providers of interstate telecommunications under the U.S. Communications Act or imposed by any state Governmental Authority. “VAT” means: (i) any tax imposed in compliance with the Council Directive of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax (EC Directive 2006/112); and (ii) any other tax of a similar nature, whether imposed in a member state of the European Union in substitution for, or levied in addition to, such tax referred to in paragraph (a) above, or imposed elsewhere. “VAT Receiver” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(i). “VoIP” means interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol services as that term is defined in Title 47, Part 9 of the Code of Federal Regulations. “Voting Power” means, with respect to any Person, the exclusive ability to control, through the ownership of shares of capital stock, partnership interests, membership interests or otherwise, the election of members of the board of directors or other similar governing body of such Person, and the holding of a designated percentage of Voting Power of a Person means the ownership of shares of capital stock, partnership interests, membership interests or other interests of such Person sufficient to control exclusively the election of that percentage of the members of the board of directors or other similar governing body of such Person. “Waivable Mandatory Prepayment” has the meaning given thereto in Section 2.13(i). “Withholding Agent” means any Credit Party and the Administrative Agent and, with respect to U.S. federal income taxes, any other applicable withholding agent. “Write-Down and Conversion Powers” means, with respect to any EEA Resolution Authority, the write-down and conversion powers of such EEA Resolution Authority from time to time under the Bail-In Legislation for the applicable EEA Member Country, which write-down and conversion powers are described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.   • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Products will not be considered accepted by the ordering entity until the installation is complete for the applicable products.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all applicable (i) Data Protection Laws; (ii) Seller Privacy Policies; (iii) terms of any Contracts relating to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data; and (iv) the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
