Validation Criteria definition

Validation Criteria means criteria established pursuant to Section 2.2.2 for a particular Screen for the assessment of whether such Screen is suitable for specifically identifying Hits.

Validation Criteria has the meaning given in paragraph 4.1 of Schedule 1.
