Varex Omnibus Plan means the Varex 2016 Omnibus Stock Plan, as established by Varex as of the Effective Time pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Omnibus Plan means the Hanesbrands Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan or plans.
