Variable Interest Period definition

Variable Interest Period means each period from, and including, the Interest Rate Change Date to, but excluding, the first Variable Interest Payment Date and from, and including, each Variable Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the following Variable Interest Payment Date.
Variable Interest Period means each period from (and including) the last relevant Fixed Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the first Variable Payment Date and from (and including) each Variable Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the following Variable Interest Payment Date. As long as the Variable Interest Payment Date is not a Bus i- ness Day, the Variable Interest Period will be [adjusted][unadjusted].

  • The interest that is refundable to the Transferor will be calculated on a pro rata basis based on the number of days remaining in the Variable Interest Period and the Fixed Interest Period (as applicable) and the Fixed Interest Rate and Variable Interest Rate (as applicable) applying to the Transferor’s Loan at the time at which the Variable Interest Amount and Fixed Interest Amount (as applicable) were prepaid.

  • The Calculation Agent will cause the Variable Interest Period and the Variable Rate of Interest for the relevant Variable Interest Period to be notified to the Issuer, any stock exchange on which the Notes are from time to time listed (if required by the rules of such stock exchange) and to the Holders in accordance with § 11 as soon as possible after their determination.

More Definitions of Variable Interest Period

Variable Interest Period means, in respect of each Variable Interest Payment Date, the period commencing on, and including, the immediately preceding Variable Interest Payment Date (or, if there is no preceding Variable Interest Payment Date, commencing on, and including, the Variable Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the Variable Interest Payment Date. Each Variable Interest Period shall be construed as an "Interest Period" for the purposes of applying the Conditions and for the purposes of paragraph 5 below (including the Restructuring Notice (as defined below)).

Related to Variable Interest Period

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) the First Call Date or any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date;

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 307.

  • Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • LIBOR Interest Period means, with respect to a LIBOR Advance, a period of one, two, three or six months, as selected in advance by the Borrower.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Eurodollar Interest Period or "Interest Period" shall mean, with respect to a Eurodollar Loan, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement. Such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the day which corresponds numerically to such date one, two, three or six months thereafter, provided, however, that if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the last Business Day of such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month. If a Eurodollar Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day, provided, however, that if said next succeeding Business Day falls in a new calendar month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, the period commencing on the date of such Borrowing and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month that is one, two, three or six months (or, to the extent agreed to by the Agent and each Lender making such Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, twelve months or any shorter period) thereafter, as a Borrower may elect; provided that (a) if any Eurocurrency Interest Period would end on a day other than a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (b) any Eurocurrency Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period and (c) no Eurocurrency Interest Period for any (i) Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Loan shall end after the latest Scheduled Termination Date for the applicable Revolving Commitments under the applicable Revolving Facility or (ii) Eurocurrency Rate Term Loans shall end after the stated maturity date of such Term Loans.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Impacted Interest Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.

  • Interest Periods means period(s) of one (1), three (3) or six (6) months selected by the Borrower or such longer period(s) as the Lenders may agree;

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • LIBOR Period means, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, each period commencing on a LIBOR Business Day selected by Borrower pursuant to the Agreement and ending one, two or three months thereafter, as selected by Borrower's irrevocable notice to Agent as set forth in Section 1.5(e); provided, that the foregoing provision relating to LIBOR Periods is subject to the following:

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Initial Interest Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d) of Section 2.01 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:
