Variable O&M Payment definition

Variable O&M Payment means the monthly payment for operations and maintenance related to Energy that the Department makes to the Seller as such payment is calculated pursuant to Section 2.02(b).
Variable O&M Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 9.04.
Variable O&M Payment has the meaning set forth in Section J of the Panoche Transaction. 1.113. “Variable O&M Rate” is as provided in Section J of the Panoche Transaction.

  • The Purchase Price to be paid by Department for Contract Capacity and Energy provided under this Agreement shall consist of an aggregate payment equal to the sum of the Capacity Payment, Variable O&M Payment and Fuel Payment, as such payments are calculated on a monthly basis as provided below and pursuant to Section 2.05(f).

More Definitions of Variable O&M Payment

Variable O&M Payment has the meaning set forth in Section J of the Gates Transaction. 1.113. “Variable O&M Rate” is as provided in Section J of the Gates Transaction.

Related to Variable O&M Payment

  • Variable Charge means the charge that varies according to kgtm and is calculated in accordance with the formula set out in paragraph 2.2.1, summed across all Services;
