Vehicle Inspection Form definition

Vehicle Inspection Form means the vehicle inspection form used by the Supplier;
Vehicle Inspection Form means the form (or part of the form) used by the Supplier to confirm, in relation to a Vehicle at the point at which it is Delivered: (i) its condition; (ii) fuel level; (iii) place of delivery; (iv) driver details; (v) the Hire Period, and such other information as the Parties agree from time to time; "Vehicle Order" means an order placed by the Customer under this Contract requesting that the Supplier provide a Vehicle and/or Services to the Customer, such order being in the format as is set out in paragraph 2.1 of Order Form as may be varied by agreement in writing between the Parties from time to time;
Vehicle Inspection Form bears the meaning assigned to that term in clause 32.6;

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Inspection Certificate means a report prepared by an independent authority or third party assessor who is qualified by experience and/or education to declare the Produce unfit for human consumption, unsuitable for sale or not meeting a particular specification or standard.

  • Final Inspection means the process and procedure described in UGC Section 12.

  • The Inspecting Officer means the person specified in the contract for the purpose of Inspection of stores or work under the contract and includes his authorised representative;

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • The Inspector means any person or agency nominated by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect Stores under the Contract.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
