(j) "DEALER'S LOCALITY" shall mean the locality designated in writing to the Dealer by the Company from time to time as the area of the Dealer's sales and service responsibility for COMPANY PRODUCTS. 1. (k) "DEALERSHIP LOCATION" shall mean the place or places of business of the Dealer for carrying out this agreement which are approved by the Company as provided in paragraph 5 of this agreement. 1.
