Vendor Agreements definition

Vendor Agreements means the collective reference to Vendor Assignments and Program Agreements.
Vendor Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b)

More Definitions of Vendor Agreements

Vendor Agreements means, collectively, the promissory notes and similar agreements entered into by Blackhawk with certain of the Debtors’ vendors, setting forth the terms of the repayment for certain General Unsecured Claims that otherwise arose prior to the Petition Date.
