Vendor Processing Resources definition

Vendor Processing Resources means information processing resources supplied or operated by Vendor, including without limitation, network infrastructure, computer systems, workstations, laptops, hardware, software, databases, storage media, printers, proprietary applications, Internet connectivity, printers and hard copies which are used, either directly or indirectly, in support of Vendor Processing.
Vendor Processing Resources means information processing resources supplied or operated by Vendor, including without limitation, contracted IaaS, PaaS, SaaS cloud services, network infrastructure, computer systems, workstations, laptops, hardware, software, databases, storage media, printers, proprietary applications, Internet connectivity, printers and hard copies which are used, either directly or indirectly, in support of Vendor processing.

  • Vendor shall maintain appropriate records of maintenance performed on Vendor Processing Resources and on the physical control mechanisms used to secure Vendor Processing Resources.

  • Vendor shall maintain written security management policies and procedures to prevent, detect, contain, and correct violations of measures taken to protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, or security of Vendor Processing Resources and/or United Information.

  • Such policies and procedures shall: (a) assign specific data security responsibilities and accountabilities to specific role(s); (b) include a formal risk management program which includes periodic risk assessments; and (c) provide an adequate framework of controls that safeguard Vendor Processing Resources, Customer Information Systems and Customer Information.

  • Vendor shall periodically (no less than annually) evaluate its processes and systems to ensure continued compliance with obligations imposed by law, regulation or contract with respect to the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of United Information and Vendor Processing Resources.

  • For access to Customer Information or Vendor Processing Resources, Vendor shall require Authentication by the use of an individual, unique user ID and an individual password or other appropriate Authentication technique approved by Customer in writing.

  • These processes shall be required for both Provider-related accounts and Vendor’s internal accounts for Vendor Processing Resources, and shall include procedures for granting and revoking emergency access to Vendor Processing Resources and Provider Information.

  • Vendor shall maintain written security management policies and procedures to prevent, detect, contain, and correct violations of measures taken to protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, or security of Vendor Processing Resources and/or Provider Information.

  • Vendor shall maintain processes to determine whether a prospective member of Vendor’s workforce is sufficiently trustworthy to work in an environment which contains Vendor Processing Resources and United Information.

  • These processes shall be required for both United-related accounts and Vendor’s internal accounts for Vendor Processing Resources, and shall include procedures for granting and revoking emergency access to Vendor Processing Resources and United Information.

Related to Vendor Processing Resources

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Major processor means a user processing, handling, or manufacturing radioactive material exceeding Type A quantities as unsealed sources or material, or exceeding four times Type B quantities as sealed sources, but does not include nuclear medicine programs, universities, industrial radiographers, or small industrial programs. Type A and B quantities are defined in 10 CFR 71.4.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • cross-border processing means either:

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Food processing plant means a commercial operation that manufactures, packages, labels or stores food for human consumption and does not provide food directly to a consumer. “Food processing plant” does not include any of the following:

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
