Virtual Visit definition

Virtual Visit means a service provided for the diagnosis or treatment of non-emergency medical and/or behavioral health illnesses or injuries as described in the Virtual Visits provision under the Accident and Sickness Medical Expense Benefits section of this Policy.
Virtual Visit means a Fixed Period Visit, Hourly Visit or Multiple Patient Visit with a Patient or Caregiver (or with the principal, teachers or educational assistants in the case of Services delivered to a child in a public, private or home school) to provide one or more Services that is carried out remotely using communications technology and that meets the following requirements:

  • Benefits are also provided for a Specialist Virtual Visit which is subsequent to the Member’s initial Visit with his or her treating Specialist for the same condition.

  • The Insured does not have to establish a relationship with a Virtual Visit Provider to receive services.

  • HPN will not refuse to provide coverage because of the distant site from which the contracted Virtual Visit Provider provides Covered Services or the originating site at which the Member receives Virtual Visit Covered Services.

  • The Member does not have to establish a relationship with a Virtual Visit Provider to receive services.

  • AlayaCare represents and warrants that it has the right and authority to license, deploy, support and maintain the Virtual Visit Services to the Customer, subject to the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement and this Addendum and that the Virtual Visit Services will provide the data security and privacy protections required by the Service Agreement.

  • The Virtual Visit module provides a secure, 1-to-1 video connection to enable remote care and provide integration with a customer’s existing AlayaCare platform, including billing, payroll, EMR and visit verification.

  • Virtual Visit a care services are delivered by ongoing care provider groups covered under professional capitation.

  • Virtual Visit primary care services delivered by the care provider groups covered under professional capitation.

  • Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.

  • Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.

  • Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and

  • Virtual Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8.1.1.1 and 8.2.2.1.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, as set forth in Section 3.08(b) and will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility Electric Service Requirements.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Help Desk means the contact point established by Project Co in respect of the Help Desk Services for the notification of Demand Requisitions, the occurrence of Events and other matters arising in relation to the provision of Services;

  • Traffic lane or "lane" means that portion of a roadway designed or designated to accommodate the

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements (including communication links and the components that control the unmanned air- craft) that are required for the operator to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.’’.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring filling with liquid and generating hydrogen gas that is released to the atmosphere.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
