Medical Expense Benefits definition

Medical Expense Benefits means those benefits payable under the Rules and Regulations of the Plan for specified expenses incurred in the treatment of a bodily injury or sickness.

More Definitions of Medical Expense Benefits

Medical Expense Benefits means medical expense benefits paid in accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:6A-4a or 39:6A-3.1 and N.J.A.C. 11:3-4.

If the limit of liability shown on the Declarations for Personal Injury Protection is $1,000,000, this amount is the maximum amount that shall apply only to injuries sustained by the named insured and relatives;
