Visiting clergy definition

Visiting clergy means the Clergy (defined in § 2.4(D) of this Part) of a religious organization who is granted access to the institution, after consultation with the Assistant Director of Rehabilitative Services, and with approval of the Warden or designee, for a specified period of time and for the purpose of providing a service which is religious in nature.
