Voice Authorization means a direct phone call to a designated number to obtain credit approval on a Transaction from the Card Issuer, whether by voice or voice-activated systems.

Voice Authorization means a direct phone call to a designated number to examine and obtain approval on an individual Transaction from the Card Issuer. For the mutual promises contained in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, TMS and SR agree as follows:
