If a Party in good faith believes that the Volume Determination Procedures have not been applied correctly, including based on the report of any Independent Inspector, the disputing Party shall provide written notice stating the reasons why the Volume Determination Procedures were applied incorrectly, along with supporting documentation, and the Parties shall thereafter reasonably cooperate in order to resolve the dispute, including considering the report of any Independent Inspector, if applicable.
