Volume Subscription License definition

Volume Subscription License means a license, other than an Instance Perpetual License or Standard OEM License, for use of the Licensed Software during the License Term specified on an Accepted Order Form solely on Permitted Devices where license fees are based on the number of PDF Files Processed. When used herein, the words “includes” and “including” and their syntactical variations shall be deemed followed by the words “without limitation”.
