Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
contributory employment and support allowance means an allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as amended by the provisions of Schedule 3, and Part 1 of Schedule 14, to the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that remove references to an income-related allowance and a contributory allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as that Part has effect apart from those provisions;
Flood-related erosion area management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood-related erosion damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood-related erosion control works and floodplain management regulations.
Remediation waste means all solid and hazardous wastes, and all media (including groundwater, surface water, soils, and sediments) and debris that are managed for implementing cleanup.
Remedial Action Plan has the meaning in Section 2.4.
Corrective action means action taken to eliminate the cause of a potential or real non- conformity or other undesirable situation;
Serious Medical Condition means, for the purpose of interpreting Overseas Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation cover, a condition which in the opinion of the Company or its authorised representatives constitutes a serious or life threatening medical emergency requiring immediate evacuation to obtain urgent remedial treatment in order to avoid death or serious impairment to an Insured Person’s immediate or long-term health prospects. The seriousness of the medical condition will be judged within the context of the Insured Person’s geographical location and the local availability of appropriate medical care or facilities.
Pension program means the defined benefit pension program of the Oregon Public Service

Emergency medical condition means a medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) so that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in a condition described in clause (i), (ii), or (iii) of section 1867(e)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395dd(e)(1)(A)). In that provision of the Social Security Act, clause (i) refers to placing the health of the individual (or, with respect to a pregnant woman, the health of the woman or her unborn child) in serious jeopardy; clause (ii) refers to serious impairment to bodily functions; and clause (iii) refers to serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part.
payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;
Mitigation Study Period means the duration of time extending six consecutive Capability Periods and beginning with the Starting Capability Period associated with a Class Year Study, Additional SDU Study, and/or Expedited Deliverability Study. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigated UCAP” shall mean one or more megawatts of Unforced Capacity that are subject to Control by a Market Party that has been identified by the ISO as a Pivotal Supplier. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigation Net CONE” shall mean the capacity price on the currently effective ICAP Demand Curve for the Mitigated Capacity Zone corresponding to the average amount of excess capacity above the Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity requirement, expressed as a percentage of that requirement, that formed the basis for the ICAP Demand Curve approved by the Commission.
