Vouchers. Vouchers for 3 nights per year in any of the suites on any Territory during the term of this Agreement. Franchisee may use the Vouchers in accordance with the Poshtel Voucher policy for Franchisees.

More Definitions of Vouchers

Vouchers means all outstanding, unused, unexpired gift certificates, coupons or other writings issued by any Seller as of the Closing Date that entitles the holder or bearer thereof to a credit (whether in a specified dollar amount or for a specified item, such as room night or meals) to be applied against the usual charge for rooms, meals and/or goods and services at any one or more of the Hotels.
