Disbursements definition
Disbursements shall include, but not be limited to, costs of travel, telephone, copying, fax transmission, depositions, investigators, messengers, mediation expenses, computer research fees, court fees, expert fees, other consultation fees and paralegal expenses. Any recovery in the Litigation shall first be used to reimburse disbursements.
Disbursements means any payment made by the Customs Broker, on behalf of the Client, for any product or service rendered in connection with the facilitation of the import and export of goods, including but not limited to Government Charges, and any additional taxes, freight, storage, penalties, interest, fines and any other amounts, charges or payments, including, without limitation, payments for goods on COD shipments made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Client.
Disbursements means the cost of all reasonable photography, reproduction of drawings, diagrams, sketches and printing, duplicating and, where applicable, electronic transmission fees, and all reasonable and appropriate expenses including travel, refreshments and hotel accommodation where an overnight stay is necessary.

No provision of any Letter of Credit Application shall have the effect of imposing on the Company any obligations in respect of the reimbursement of LC Disbursements in excess of those set forth in this Agreement.
If Bank of America resigns as an LC Issuer, it shall retain all the rights, powers, privileges and duties of an LC Issuer hereunder with respect to all Letters of Credit outstanding as of the effective date of its resignation as an LC Issuer and all LC Exposure with respect thereto, including the right to require the Lenders to make Base Rate Loans or fund risk participations in LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the applicable Borrowers, pursuant to Section 2.06(e).

Disbursements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Disbursements means the actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses as identified in Schedule B to Attachment 1, which the Contractor incurs in providing the Goods and Services;
