WAA Collateral definition

WAA Collateral means “Collateral” as defined in that certain Secured Promissory Note, made by the Company to WAA, LLC dated November 9, 2006.
WAA Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the WAA Note as it exists and is in force on the date hereof.
