Warranty Certificate definition

Warranty Certificate means the certificate against specified goods/equipment, for the period mentioned in the Preamble to Conditions of Contract, to be issued by the Contractor that the goods/equipment supplied under the Contract are new, unused and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials unless provided otherwise in the Contract and that the Contractor will be responsible for making good or replacing any defective goods/equipment during the Warranty Period specified in the Preamble to Conditions of Contract which should commence after expiry of Defect Liability Period.
Warranty Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Schedule 3.
Warranty Certificate means the certificate against specified goods/equipment/Plant, for the period of 365 days commencing from expiry of Defects Liability Period, to be issued by the Contractor that the goods/equipment/Plant supplied under the Contract are new, unused and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials unless provided otherwise in the Contract and that the Contractor will be responsible for making good or replacing any defective goods/equipment/plant during the Warranty Period specified above which should commence after expiry of Defect Liability Period.

More Definitions of Warranty Certificate

Warranty Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Purchaser to the Supplier.
