Watchlist definition

Watchlist. A report containing substantially the information set forth in Exhibit G-8 attached hereto, including, among other things, any Mortgage Loan that, as of the Determination Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report, had a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of less than 1.0x or, in the Master Servicer's good faith and reasonable judgment, was otherwise in jeopardy of becoming a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.
Watchlist or any similar list, in each case with negative implications, or its cessation of, or its intent to cease, rating the Borrower or the Credit Facilities.
Watchlist means a list which is compiled by an intelligence agency and which is used to watch or track the activities of criminals, criminal deportees, other persons of interest, suspicious or prohibited cargo and cargo of interest to the Caribbean Community.

More Definitions of Watchlist

Watchlist means the PRA’s Watchlist, a central list of firms which the PRA is most concerned about from the perspective of its statutory objectives; and
Watchlist. For any Determination Date, a report (substantially in the form of Exhibit G-8) of all Mortgage Loans that constitute one of the following types of Mortgage Loans as of such Determination Date: (i) a Mortgage Loan that has a then-current Debt Service Coverage Ratio that is less than 1.10x; (ii) a Mortgage Loan as to which any required inspection of the related Mortgaged Property conducted by the Master Servicer indicates a problem that the Master Servicer determines can reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the cash flow generated by such Mortgaged Property; (iii) a Mortgage Loan as to which the Master Servicer has actual knowledge of material damage or waste at the related Mortgaged Property; (iv) a Mortgage Loan as to which it has come to the Master Servicer's attention in the performance of its duties under this Agreement (without any expansion of such duties by reason thereof) that any tenant occupying 25% or more of the space in the related Mortgaged Property (A) has vacated such space (without being replaced by a comparable tenant and lease) or (B) has declared bankruptcy; (v) a Mortgage Loan that is at least thirty (30) days delinquent in payment; and (vi) a Mortgage Loan that is within sixty (60) days of maturity. No later than one Business Day after each Determination Date, the Special Servicer shall provide the Master Servicer with all information in its possession regarding the Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans relevant to the preparation of the Watchlist.
Watchlist means a list of suspicious entities, assets, behaviours or profiles established on the basis of risk analysis, with a view to orient the detection and risk analysis capabilities of the European Border and Coast Guard and trigger appropriate reaction capabilities;

Related to Watchlist

  • Watch has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(c).

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
