Water Use Fee definition

Water Use Fee means a fee for the use of Water as defined by section 33 of the Act.
Water Use Fee means the fee for use of Water as per the Waters Regulations pursuant to section 63 of the Waters Act and the MVLWB Water Use Fee Policy.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.
