Water Use Fee definition

Water Use Fee means a fee for the use of Water as defined by section 33 of the Act.
Water Use Fee means the fee for use of Water as per the Waters Regulations pursuant to section 63 of the Waters Act and the MVLWB Water Use Fee Policy.

  • The Local Benefit Water Use Fee payable by the owner of a property within an Area is calculated by reference to the tariff set by resolution of the Corporation for that Area and is calculated as follows: A x B x C WhereA is the tariff per megalitre of water used; B is the number of megalitres used; andC is the service level for the property as set out in Part A of Schedule 2.

  • Non-Use Fee shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.9(b).

  • Work-out Fee means a fee payable with respect to any Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note, equal to the product of (x) 1.0% and (y) the amount of each collection of interest (other than default interest and any Excess Interest) and principal received (including any Condemnation Proceeds received and applied as a collection of such interest and principal) on such Mortgage Loan, Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note for so long as it remains a Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan.
