Wealth Manager definition

Wealth Manager means Skyline Wealth Management Inc., a corporation governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario that is responsible for acting as exempt market dealer on all offerings of REIT Units and providing other services to Skyline Apartment REIT, as described in Item 2.2 – Our Business - Management of Skyline Apartment REIT – The Wealth Manager.
Wealth Manager means the Commerce Bank system that allows select Commerce Trust Company customers and their designated Interested Parties to access Trust Accounts electronically through the Commerce Trust Company’s website and also allows those customers to enter Online Banking to use the Service. “Wealth Manager Customer” means a customer who has enrolled in Wealth Manager through the Commerce Trust Company. In our sole discretion, we may refuse to include, or may exclude from continued use, an Account in the Service.
Wealth Manager means a Person trained and qualified to provide advice with respect to asset allocation, the management and investment of property and the monitoring of Investment Managers for the purpose of achieving stated investment objectives.

The words “Customer,” "you" and "your" refer to each person subscribing to the Service and each person who uses the Service with the permission of the subscriber. “Business Account Administrator” refers to the person who subscribes to the Service on behalf of the Business and who uses the Services with the express knowledge and permission of the Business. of the Service at any time if it has reasonable belief that you are no longer authorized as the Business Account Administrator. "Business Days" are Monday through Friday. Federal Reserve holidays are not included. You can use the Service on the days and during the hours specified in the Guides, except during maintenance periods.

The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
