Wet Settlement Advance definition

Wet Settlement Advance means with respect to any Warehousing Advance, the time from the date the Warehousing Advance is made until the date of Lender's receipt of the Collateral Documents required by Article 2 and the Exhibits and documents referenced in that Article.
Wet Settlement Advance means an Advance pursuant to Section 2.2(b) of this Agreement in respect of the closing or settlement of a Mortgage Loan, from the time of such Advance until the time of subsequent delivery of the Collateral Documents as provided in such Section and the Exhibit referenced therein.
Wet Settlement Advance means an Advance prior to the end of the Wet Settlement Period.

  • Seven (7) Business Days elapse from the date a Wet Settlement Advance was made against a Pledged Loan without receipt by Lender of all Collateral Documents relating to the Pledged Loan.


More Definitions of Wet Settlement Advance

Wet Settlement Advance means a Warehousing Advance prior to the end of the Wet Settlement Period. "Wet Settlement Period" means the period of time from the date a Wet Settlement Advance is made against a Pledged Loan until the earlier of (a) the date the Collateral Documents for the Pledged Loan have been delivered to and examined by the Lender or (b) the date the Wet Settlement Advance made against the Pledged Loan is paid in full.
Wet Settlement Advance means a Warehousing Advance prior to the end of the Wet Settlement Period. "Wet Settlement Period" means the period of time from the date a Wet Settlement Advance is made against a Pledged Loan until the earlier of (a) the date the Collateral Documents for the Pledged Loan have been delivered to and examined by the Lender or (b) the date the Wet Settlement Advance made against the Pledged Loan is paid in full. "Wire Disbursement Account" means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Lender's name for clearing wire transfers requested by Borrower to fund Warehousing Advances. "Wire Fee" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.
Wet Settlement Advance means an Advance pursuant to Section 2.3(b) of this Agreement, in respect of the closing or
Wet Settlement Advance shall no longer apply to the Advance once the Lender has received all of the Collateral Documents as provided in Section 2.2 (b) and the applicable Exhibit referenced therein.

  • Mandatory Settlement Date means the earliest of:

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent.

  • TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Agent Advance shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(e).

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means, with respect to any Note as to which Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement is applicable, the 45 consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the second Trading Day immediately following the related Conversion Date; except that “Cash Settlement Averaging Period” means, with respect to any Conversion Date occurring during the Final Conversion Period, the 45 consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the 46th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.

  • Interest Settlement Rate As defined in Section 4.08.
