Workato Platform definition

Workato Platform means Workato’s software platform and related interfaces, software development kits, services and Documentation that provides Account Holder with access to certain products and services designed to connect applications and automate workflows.
Workato Platform means Workato’s software platform and related interfaces, software development kits, services and documentation that are designed to connect applications and automate workflows, which includes Recipes and Connectors.

The Client acknowledges that the use of the Workato Platform and its Subscription shall only be governed by the terms and conditions of the Workato terms of service available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/terms-of- service (“Workato Terms”) and the applicable Order Form which will be completed and agreed prior to purchase of the Workato Platform. The Subscription for the Workato Platform shall have a fixed term of at least one (1) year. Workato reserves the right to modify the Workato Terms from time to time by updating the form at the above URL.

Examples of Workato Platform in a sentence

  • From time to time, Workato may request, and Account Holder agrees to (i) participate in case studies; (ii) issue press release(s) with regards to its use of the Workato Platform; (iii) collaborate with Workato on communications with the media; and (iv) speak at future Workato event(s).

  • Account Holder will not access or use the Workato Platform in any manner that would cause any party to violate any Export Controls, including access or use the Workato Platform in a U.S.-embargoed country or region, or process any data or use the Workato Platform for any prohibited end use (e.g., nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation, or missile-development purposes).

  • During the term of this Agreement, each party hereby grants the other the right to use the party’s trade names, trademarks or logos (collectively, the “Marks”) solely in connection with and to the extent necessary for the marketing of the Workato Platform and the identification of Account Holder as a User of the Workato Platform.

  • Workato shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Account Holder, its Affiliates and each of its and its Affiliates’ officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims, demands, proceedings, or suits brought by an unaffiliated third party alleging that the Workato Platform (excluding the Account Holder Data, and Platform Assets created by Account Holder or any third party) infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of such third party.

  • Issues that significantly impact the performance and functionality of a key function of the Workato Platform that causes significant disruption of Account Holder’s use of the Workato Platform.

  • Workato shall own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Workato Platform and all derivatives, features, modifications and updates thereto, provided that during the term of Account Holder’s Subscription (the “Subscription Term”), Workato grants to Account Holder a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license (for internal use only) to use the Workato Platform in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Order Form.

Related to Workato Platform

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;

  • General-Purpose Software means Software that supports general-purpose office and software development activities and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be General-Purpose Software. Such General- Purpose Software may include, but is not restricted to, word processing, spreadsheet, generic database management, and application development software.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • The Software means the software designed and developed by the Bidder or the Bidder’s Personnel, and includes the source code and object code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts envisaged in the Terms of Reference. It does not include commercial off-the-shelf licensed software (except for the customisation components of such products).

  • Platforms means collectively Bonitas’ websites, including affiliated websites and Member portals;
