Works Equipment definition

Works Equipment means those things used, or work undertaken by the Lessee or its contractors to construct the Lessee’s Works but which will not form part of the Lessee’s Works.

  • The Contractor shall take full responsibility for the care of the Works, Equipment and Goods from the Commencement Date until the Taking-Over Certificate is issued (or is deemed to be issued under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections]) for the Works and final Operational Permits are obtained under sub-clause 10.1A [Ownership of the Equipment and the Operational Permit], when responsibility for the care of the Works shall pass to the Employer.

  • The Employer shall not be liable for loss or damage to any of the Construction Plant, Temporary Works, Equipment, materials or goods nor for any loss, expense, costs, damages, liability or claim arisingfrom the presence or use of the Construction Plant, Temporary Works, Equipment, materials or goods due to Excepted Risks or except and to the extent that the same is caused by any act or neglect of the Employer or of any person for whom the Employer is responsible.

  • Employees regularly assigned to the Public Works Equipment Section, who are required to provide and use their own tools shall be reimbursed by the City for broken, worn out, and/or technologically obsolete tools, to a maximum of five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00) per fiscal year.

Related to Works Equipment

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Leased Equipment means the vehicles, computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other similar items leased and used or held for use by Seller or a Subsidiary primarily in the operation or conduct of the Engenio Business but excluding any such items primarily related to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.
