XL Third Party Content definition

XL Third Party Content means content or other materials that XL has licensed or otherwise obtained from a third party and that are used for the Services. Warranties or Warranty means each of the warranties given by the Supplier to XL and described in clause 8 or elsewhere in this agreement.

  • Subject to the Supplier’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement and XL’s IT and data security and other policies applicable to its contractors accessing its systems, data and proprietary rights, XL hereby grants the Supplier during the term of this agreement access to and use of the XL Systems, the XL Data (excluding any financial data), the XL Materials and XL Third Party Content for the sole purpose of performing its obligations under this agreement.

  • The Supplier will not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notice, including notice of Intellectual Property Rights, present on or in the XL Materials or XL Third Party Content.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
