XL Third Party Content definition

XL Third Party Content means content or other materials that XL has licensed or otherwise obtained from a third party and that are included in the System or otherwise used for the Services. Warranties or Warranty means each of the warranties given by the Supplier to XL and described in clause 19 or elsewhere in this agreement.
